    Just my opinion, but the dark blues around the side navigation is quite strong and somewhat distracting to the text in the screen's mainspace. Perhaps you could reduce the contrast somewhat?

    Otherwise looks good. :)

    yes many time my free host stop my web due to its on free host actully i am newbie and if i come to know that i can manage and handle a web site i ll creat on a good paid domain
