I think your site looks really good and is a great concept. Looking at it as a potential buyer though, I would prefer that only locations with active listings would show up on the maps. I don't know if your programing method allows that, but I found it disappointing to click on the location flags within the state maps just to get a message that there were no listings available at that location.
