    the overall design is very good, looks professional though the wording you may change it to be more professional, as customers needed the certainty that their hosting company can give professional support and services. The homepage may also need more features and bold graphics to create bold statement that you can give great services. Other than that, it looks promising. cheers.

    The design is good however add some pictures as it put an impression for long. Use different and bold size fonts for sub headers.

    Good to see you kept it nice and simple.
    great usability. nice colour scheme. As mentioned above the forum link is not working.
    maybe add images/ logos to the different headings. like an arrow for the uploads section? (Graphics contest?)

    I like the design. Easy navigation to get your way through the site and direct to the point. What i would suggest is like kingofsanda said screenshots of the control panel and some testimonies from happy customers would be great.
