    too plain and simple.
    too much stuff on the index.
    the header doesn't look good.
    the footer doesn't fit your site, change the color combination.

    Needs some work.. You have some bad HTML that is outputting comment characters in weird spots.. You need a logo.. Ads shouldn't be wider than the category list.
