Well I think u should imrove it. Also I do think it's to much of ads..

 

Here are some comments

1) Like kidam said, there are too many ads at the top.
2) You need a header image or something to spruce up the top. Your website name is a bit plain.
3) Drop the text "Learn about legitimate home based businesses." or use a better font and size or something. It does not look good where it is.

Yours site ads are too flashy.

 

Yep, too many ads. I looked at it, and was turned off because of all the ads.
