    Overall I would give it a 5.

    Hope you don't mind if I go by the layout
    - In the design you are selling directory blaster, and you have contextual ads (adsense) with that ? Not a sensible thing to do.
    - The whole design is nice but its a bit old school and bluish. How about giving the side menus some different color(s) ?
    - I like the logo
    - A footer with copyright or site name is always good.

    Hi,

    Structure wise, the website is nicely designed and the placement of adsense ads is just about right. Make sure you include the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer as you are going to do a biz out of the traffic program. Overall, nice design. Good luck!

    - Yeah the side menu is looking very dull. I will definitely spice it up.
