No it is not , there is more things and diffrent things, Dos DP has a WAF Cash you earn when posting? Dos DP have a WAF Cash Trade Section or let there memebers Bid For Dollars? There is more things too, thats are a lot diffrent.
Good forums your forums name is also good lay out is simple i don't like color scheme it is very light except header.
I hope you'll spend some time modifying the names of forum categories; hopefully doing some keyword research into synonyms that are used less but have good searches, because I realllllllly get tired of seeing every forum divided the same way using the same words. If WAF is a main focus, put it on top
It looks good, I'd maybe invest in a really professional logo. Just increase quality forum posts and users and you got yourself a nice little community. Forums are one of the toughest to get going and keep them going... Good luck

Very interesting forums like other you earn more if you managed regularly. I like your lay out it is simple but do more efforts on header.
