I bookmarked the site and will be looking at it periodically for resources, because I found a few pretty darn good ones you linked to. My only plea of mercy is to tone down the javascript, or get firefox and download NoScript and visit your site and see how much it doesn't allow to run. I think your site would go far faster if you used CSS instead
I like the design of the site, and you do have some useful stuff. I would recommend that maybe you add an About page somewhere explaining it. I think some new users might not quite know what the goal is, if they are not very familiar with Web 2.0
