I think the site looks great! I like the sidebar, maybe put some default/sample ads in the ads spots.
The best thing about the site is the sidebar but that is causing a problem because my eye is focusing on the sidebar more than the content of the site. I wouldn't change the design of the sidebar but focus on adding more visually appealing things to the content area. My first thing I would do is make the Titles stand out more maybe add a line or some shading but the line would prob look the best in this situation. Also the logo is way to small and easily lost.
I agree with this very much. The sidebar is great, set the order of elements in the sidebar according to their relevance. EX: Tweets are more relevant than the job listing section, so have the tweets at the top.....
Thank you 2advance, I though about it, i even tries using WP Super cache, but i dont know if i can trust this plugin or not, cause i read some negative feedback, but i promise i will work on that,

No and Yes, the theme is originally from WP Premium, but i edited a lot, and made a lot of changes, this theme is free. Maybe soon i will purchase something more (costume made) theme
Well amjad, you are right, i need SEo, but to be honest, i dont know how to start that, and i dont have the knowledge to do that, maybe some help from you.
