some pictures from your website , have watermark so it`s - for this ... in rest it`s ok

 

I'm not a big fan of your logo, you may consider making a new one. Also the background doesn't fit nicely with the blue colour on your site.

 

You should consider integrating facebook to your website. One of my similar website got a very rapid growth after I integrated facebook to it.
