I like it, nice and clean, good color scheme. not to sure about the shrek copyrighted donkey, you might get in trouble for that a bit later down the road.

Adsence is well placed and looks good, very nice, good job

 

perfect job done here, really!

maybe I would try to change that green color to some other tone, more suitable to a site where people should stay for a while

Doomm, what would be a more suitable colour?
I am working on a template based so i can change it easily, so any suggestions would be helpful.

Looks clean and the colors is nice! Don't remove the donkey.. it's cool

 

not sure buddy, it depends on which would you like, but me, I would try for exemple these and see how it goes:

I can't really think of anything criticism. And I like the color.
