    it looks washed out...need something to cause it to pop out...maybe a bolder color...

    one thing you might do is to make the urls a little easier to pull out. you also might add a page about why it is valuable to hide the long url...

    Above the fold, the site looks good. However, below it is way too much clutter for a professional website. If it was a blog it wouldnt matter but since you are providing a service I think you should tidy up a bit!
