It looks pretty good, but I think you have too much white space and stuff at the bottom. Also, I can see you're lacking content so make sure to keep adding it!

I'm not too keen on all the colors. When I started my site it looked crazy with all the colors and I got a lot of neg feedback about the design. I simplified the colors and started getting visitors that liked the site.

Keep going with the content. Your site introduced me to PHP. I don't have time to learn it right now but due to you I'm interested b/c your intro was good.

I would think about right justifying the text. I don't like it centered.

If you can use text banners. I don't like the photo banner ads. From what I read text ads do better.

With the amount of content you have, you might consider resizing the table to maybe 800 x 700 and then have the area outside of that be obviously white. Right now, it looks a bit "spread out" and unorganized.

The color scheme is confusing and the colors don't really work together. I would choose a coordinating color palette first and then with those 4 or 6 colors, re-design the layout.

Since the site seems to be about articles, I would have more "featured" tutorials/articles on the homepage that people can easily click on to get more info.
