If the website is the link in your sig "Free CSS Templates"; looks excellent. I do suggest one thing however, do get rid of all the popups and use adsense, TLA, or similar for advertisement means. Best Regards.
We do use adsense and other sponsor ads. The popups are there for topsite promotion only I really dont like popups but if it gets you thousands of extra quality visitors each month its a necessary evil. Once the traffic gets built up I will surely remove the popup because I don't make money directly from the popup.
I like the design and it didn't load any popup for me (if it did I would hate it and not return). I'm quite happy with it and am impressed with it but think a nice logo and stylish header would do wonders. Keep up the good work, you're doing well.
Just taking a quick glance, you need a logo, for a template website dont have a great logo. I'm also not liking the navbar its to big and blue for me. I also thing its to plain =\ Good luck.
