Review my template Design for phpld 2.1

    I have created a template for phpld 2.1 and I am planning it to give it free ones it gets completed. So please check out the template and give me some review or comments so that I can do the necessary changes.

    I like the header background.
    I like the header colors.
    I like the menu bar and rollovers - looks nice and slick.

    I'm confused by the "escort" lady on the side ;)

    I don't like the pixellated/strangely-anti-aliased siteslogo.gif
    I don't like the "our partners" and "our network" that don't fit in with the rest of the design
