I really like this theme. It is very clean looking. Not sure why you have a bunch of posts with strange photos in the tech blog.
Too big for a header description, probably you should try something crisp n clean. And try adding some latest tech news too!
You have problem with header, else is fine. Good luck. Addition ... the Wall St & Web St graphic shouldn't be there. Coz it doesn't reflect your blog about.
The only suggestion I would make is to frame/border some of the freestanding images in your articles. Including a descriptive caption might also be useful. Otherwise, I think the site looks great.

It is a very nice blog filled with content. I like the template. Although the template looks clutter with a lot of things, it is neat.
nice layout and good content should maybe change the font in the banner / header image though as it is quite difficult to read some words.
Overall its a nice design although im not a fan of the two right columns, I would do 1 left and 1 right column with the content in the middle. But then again its my personal preference.
Your tech blog showcases quite a lot of interesting pieces, but the content is very poor. You've done a good job capturing the viewers attention with some interesting titles and images. I recommend sealing the deal by adding some quality content to your blog.
