fist thing I notice is you need to fix the categories (at least in IE) display in the footer...

yeah get another theme.
to be honest,the one your currently using is ugly and out-dated, imho.

your logo "The Big K's Superblog" , you can use different fonts , i didn't like it

 

include more categories to tag your posts with rather that just the 1.

 

I'd expand on the 'last 3 months' post. You've got a lot of hooks in there, but I don't see any followups. You should really expand on that.
