Review My Streaming Movie Site Please?

    I am new to this sort of niche, but I started a blog tonight for free streaming movies, mainly for my own use at work since the site will never be blocked, but I was planning on using to supplement my income as well.

    What do you guys think of the layout? Is it too boring? What about my ad placement?
