    The background is not a really good one. I'd recommend a solid one or just something with better texture to it.
    The banner is too blurred.
    The ad to the right of the banner just looks like it doesn't belong. Try getting something of the same size or fill the background out with something to make it blend in better.

    Nice background style, I like it. I think there are too many images in the home page, try to reduce it..

    It was fast in loading and like the site overall except banner.The banner is blured and the ads are not well suited for it.
