    I guess you created the template using artisteer. You can do a better design in that if you want any help let me know.

    The theme is fine with attractive color schemes and design and it is well suited for your site.It was fast in loading and the contents are well organised.

    theme is ok but I see it is downloaded from a wordpress free theme download site. I guess you can take it up a notch and order a custom built wordpress theme especially made for your site. Think about it! (it will help a lot in keeping your existing visitors)
