Good website. Get rid of those Google ads on the front page, they look hideous. That is a major turn off for me when I go to a website and see those ads like that.

Its been proven that people stay if they like the template theme, If its eye catching and easy to use they stay, If its poorly designed then 60% will lose interest and leave because they don't take the site professionally.
