    I think the site is still under construction . Am I wrong ?
    The header is not catchy and content is not enough even on homepage .

    I think more needs to be done. There's not much there yet.

    I see you're using Joomla. Check out the social networking template at Joomlart.com. I think its called "JA Sanidine"

    Agree, remove the joomla favicon.
    Also, I think it is better to find an existing networking site script to use with all the needed features rather than customizing joomla which I find pain in the arse.

    The site is still under construction but don't forget to add a logo, a new logo if that is your current logo.

    The header is short (the height) and the footer is tall. If you removed the white part at the bottom and use the same color (dark gray) for your footer but make it 50px height, that will be a nice footer for your page.
