Overall the design is not Bad, I would just get a new logo, and I think it would do wonders to your overall theme.
Clean design and laid out in an easy to read way. Yes, I do not care for the logo but that's just one opinion. Great idea and the TopMents are awesome!
The site has a great script, everything is well positioned with clean content. As the traffic grows you'll need to place more ads to make the site self sustainable, which will also help you sell ad space, or sell it in the future. Again, you did a great job with this site.
