Look good, something that I really completely don't like and not agree is putting a 'open new window ads/page" when I click 'sign in'.. !! This is a 'sign in' link where your visitors click to register and not a place to earn from ads (or opening a new window with content of your site).. Whatever ads or just a page, this is not ethical..
