    My goal was to have it be very simple and aesthetically pleasing. I wanted to make it simple, but not black and white. I think I found a good in-between. What exactly do you think would look better on it?

    I like design you should add more link that help users to use your website because the main objetive of the site is to involve the user to use your service constantly.

    I mean to say, please use some attractive web template. Actually now it is looking very simple, If you will use some good web template, share some good messages then lot of visitors will come to your site and they will use it.

    In point of view SEO, then start off page optimization for gaining some advantages in Google or any other search engine....I checked your keywords, description which are main portions of On page optimization, these are perfect... :)

    its good to be simple, but supported carriers list doesn't look professional try to improve that, you can also improve the form style
