    My specs are:

    40/40Mb connection
    2.4ghz Q6600
    2x1gb 1066mhz Kingston RAM
    150gb 10k RPM Raptor

I'm currently only running one site. OS is CentOS.

    PHPInfo page: http://malesopranos.com/phpinfo.php

Some users have been reporting very slow load to main page and others slow videos. Do you have any idea what might be causing slowness? Should I contact my ISP?

IMHO it's take a while till it's get loaded...!
You might need to check your index page code if there is any useless loops, however the look and feel is great and your adsense ad's places is amazing you've almost got me to click on it by mistake ;)

    Doesnt matter server hardware.
Most - scripts and database optimisation.
You can run Celeron 1000 much faster than Quad processor if you will optimise your scripts

Nice logo and pleasant template. Just do the alignment of the content in justify style.

The site took a long time to load for me, you should try to optimize it.

Thanks for the comments, guys :D!

I don't think those sidebar scripts are the problem. I think it's the response time. The server is located in Iceland and it seems that it takes 200ms to get to Europe and another 200ms to get to America so Europeans are getting ~200ms response time ( which is OK :) ) but Americans ~400ms ( which is terrible! ). I called my ISP and they had no idea what could be wrong, but they thought I should come later this week and get a new router from them ( they're getting some Linksys routers ). I currently have the ZyXEL P-335/P-335WT router. Firewall and TMSS are both turned off.
