Review My Site's Re-Design!

Overall its a quite nice design, however I personally would change these things:

• Logo (doesn't seem to fit the design, too much inner/drop shadow)
• Footer (white doesn't look good on a light blue background, because it strains the eyes when you try to read it - darker color would be a better choice)
• Newsletter bombarding (I personally would remove the notification that prompts user to register to a newsletter, because its rather annoying, specially since you're promped to do so when you visit the site for the first time and didn't even see the content yet)

The design is good but i don't like the logo.

 

I don't like the logo and the footer colors.
