    remove flash front!(bad for SE) site too narrow! (eye lose control)
    background color too aggressive! (annoying for eyes)
    adjust ads color to the site. (can easily see where to not click)

    Great Site
    - possibly all web tools (addthis/bookmark icon, pagerank etc) are put at the bottom
    - your body text too close to border line, try to fix it using padding command if you use css

    Some of the images on the first site look squashed up and i dont like the font in the navigation.

    the flash looks good but its very very bad for seo remeber the spiders cant show what they cant read.
