I'm not a fan of flash intros, so I would remove that completely. as for the site, first thing I would do is remove the cartoonish graphics at the footer of your page.

    Hey,
You might to look at re designing your site buddy! Just looks very bland as gehin said :-(
If your not to sure about web design, use a web builder as your site is not a big site,
so something you should look into, or paying someone to do a site for you...
    Remember first impression count...!!

The first question is what's your main goal? If it's driving as much traffic as possible to get you some customers, you should read some of the stings here in DP about Search Engine Optimization. Here are some basic things you can do right off the bat:

    1. Focus the content of your web site - and write lots more - around key words or Phrases that you know your potential customers will be typing in the search engine - like "custom circuits" or "Circuit design", or whatever else is the Jargon.

    2. See if you can get some sites that are industry (but don't compete) to link to your site. Also register on all of the directories you can find, namely Yahoo and dmoz.

    3. make your page titles specific to what's on the page - use those keywords!

If you're looking to enhance the look and feel, I suggest going to monstertemplates.com and buy one. Then just copy the content from your current into the new one anfd your web site will be overhauled!

You need to do better than that. It is way too simple and looks unprofessional. Find a template and upgrade your look. You are providing a very high tech service. You need a website that passes along that image.

Ouch, it eats up my resources on the new Firefox Beta browser, you could be doing like some free stuff on your website to attract visitors. Maybe have the ten most popular boards people use for projects, add your improvements to the plans and offer them on your website for download only after registering for it.

I would consider expanding your links section!

What are the keywords your target market are using to find services that you offer?

Circuit designer, circuit design, PCB design, PCB designer, circuit board design, circuit board designer, printed circuit board design, printed circuit board designer, circuitry designer, electronic designer, electronic engineer, electronic design engineer

If that is the case write an article on each keyword related to an interesting subject on the matter to boost your
    seo.

I think your whole website can do with a new strategy, to turn visitors into potential customers. You could add a blog and work on simple kit projects that are found in shops. You could ask these companies (makers) for free samples and demonstrate the journey of putting it togetheir. You need to show your an expert in your field and you have something new to offer and share with your customers and the web community.

If not your just operating another brochure style business website and we all know how the online way of doing business is changing. So you got a choice to be the pioneer or play catch up in the future. But by then your competitor has a stronger brand and goodwill than you.

Get rid of the flash, it is a waste of bandwidth ... and you web host is slow as well.

I think I like the first one better...try making the template a little bit more "friendly"...making it colored might work...try it and let me see it...

Hmm well I can change the:
    Border,
    Page background,
    Template background,

All can be color or image. I will try different ideas and see how they look.

If anyone wants to suggest a new color scheme you are welcome

I do not think that is good only placing a video on your homepage. Why do not you change it for another homepage?

I don't think it's the color and background, it's the setup of the content on the pages. Check out templatemonster - I've purchased a few sites there and it's not only cheap, but there's a huge selection of looks and feels.

I would put a skip intro button at the beginning, because some people do not like to wait and watch intros.
