    looks ok, you are using a design used in 2000.
    modern, metallic kinda style its not used anymore for websites

    i suggest a skyscraper ad at the let side...with your navigation blending with the links of the ad....remove also the background of you r top ad...and make it pure text ad...

    make the link color in your ad same with the text color...
