code validation does that instantly and in very detail for you see http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://myhbic.com/ and http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://myhbic.com/
first fully valid code then see where IE is having a problem and add another VALID piece of code to compensate for IE-insufficiency to comply with w3c. firefox always displays correctly with valid code IE sometimes needs an additional tag to display as needed. all always can be done using valid code. just learn and practice until correct
i like it, very girlish, but i like it....are the slanted lines suppose to be curvy like that? anywayss, overall good design!

1) Small links like "Started by" or "Last Active" turn on rollover into white, what makes them invisible on the yellow background; 2) All links don't have underline, what makes it hard to differentiate them from the text. Even about links like "sign in now" or "get one instantly", which seem to be important - you won't know those are links before moving your mouse over them.
Ok! sorry. Had a quick look again. I noticed on my browser that one of the sign in links is way on the top right. Outside of the content area. Not to sure if this is intentional. Also, I used the sign in option in the middle of the content area and it brought me to the sign in screen. I like the way you have it do this. I was only confused with the Wording at the bottom. Forgot Your Password? Get an Account... It felt like there had to be some words in between. If you could just give the light pink background some more contrast with the white... then I don't think it would be to cofusing... my2bits... Lhlalyam
