good job - you might do even better with fewer still distractions from the 'enter zip code' field and the go button - like the big size of the button

I look to motley fools landing pages as a model - they keep it really simple like you have - no doubt they've done a ton of testing on it

Clean site, try experimenting with different adsense background/color.

 

Overall the design is good. But u may consider aligning your text columns so that it doesn't looks out of indentation.

 

I liked the round green button that you have provided on the website.Why dont you add some color to the background of your page.

 

I myself never use adsense on a landing page, as it just smells of I'm trying to make money. Otherwise its not too bad.
