    The directory has a nice design, however I think the pop up paper is annoying. For your left and right menu, I would add a light grey background (or darker than the one you have) to seperate them from the content area.

    The first one is a directory and most of it is the basic template.

    The games site :
    1. it`s too simple , use more graphics on the top of the page
    2. you have a nice logo
    3.add more games to your site

    It may be a good idea to swap color schemes between the business directory and flash games site, the business directory is somewhat rainbow like now while the flash games site has financial colors.

    Your directory is cool, but it's better to make rollover button for each category name for more focus :)
