Good placement of ads.

Your search bar is not working properly.

This is what I see after searching for "backlink":

 

search bar use for directory only. but i add it becoz the top bar feeling so empty.

 

The site is full of advertisement banners , so its difficult to identify the service that you provide.
Also the design seems pretty simple & basic ,use some pleasing colors with light weight images instead of plain text.

yep.. maybe i need follow your opinion. since i still testing the space that why i using google adsense for it.

 

Not to bad. I also think it has to many image ads. I was kind of over whelmed. Maybe change one to text ads only.
