Review my site

    Hello,

    This is my first post on this site and I am looking for some advise. I am new to making websites and have no idea about the best placement for advertisements on my site. I feel like I did a decent job for my click through rate is around 21%. Is that a good rate? How can I get it higher. All advise would be extremely helpful. My site is PickUpPanda.Com.
