I agree with the above speaker. But lets look at the design. The layout I think is good, however the way you have mixed the colors I am more worried about. The colors I think you should be using is white and blue mainly. I see you have used a black/grey menu, that doesn't work good, and then the fact it's an other font doesn't appeal to my eyes good. To summarize this, please do something about the menu and I think you have a good looking website. Also make sure not to mix fonts. Use one or two similar fonts and stick to them.

nice and simple design... liked it....
just 2 things,
about SEO, on some pages I didn't find meta keyword tag and on some pages I didn't find meta description tag..... if you are using wordpress, then install seo plugin, I prefer All in one SEO
secondly, for infolinks, I prefer blue color with single underline (it looks like dotted underline).... but thats my own opinion.....

I think it will be more attractive if u add some photos with slideshow.

You can add logo also.

The site is quite nice, nice graphic, and UNIQUE. I've never seem this kind of site before. The colors are really nice to the eyes, and pleasant. But there are some problems to the content itself. The organisation is not really the best. Try to make an effort to work for the layout, the content.
