    The logo is pretty bad, doesn't fit with the layout's colours, and it looks unprofessional.

    the header image or logo is much more wide than the whole website content also deep blue color hurts too much

    That's what happens when everyone is available service for creating web pages.
    Before any action shall first be familiar with the basic facts. You do not need to learn html, php, flash, javscript etc, but you could at least read something about web design.
    I gave up after 1 minute.
    I could not wait to load the entire page.
    So you are push me away from your site on the first step.
    Cut out the header and put the emphasis on content.
    Page should have a quicker response (I'm talking about the size of a few seconds, not minutes).
    Use h1 h2 tags for the main title and subtitle.
    Do not use much color (3 to 5 is more than enough).
    If you wish to promote an idea, ​​use warm colors. etc, etc...

    I would also say that there are many things wrong here. If you are running some blog about making money easy, I would really consider a more professional look, otherwise nobody will believe you.
    Also from looking at the design and stats, I can tell that you have indeed never made money from this, so why would I even believe you. I suggest that you choose a predefined wordpress design and start with that. WooThemes.com for example has some great templates for a little money.

    Honey, you have to seriously think of some different theme which has decent color in it :)
    Also if its a money making blog, then just try to keep it simple and just stick to the point (topic). First dont try to make any logo which is way too bigger than 500" x 100" dimensions (500" would be the length). Later create some new accounts on highly rated social bookmarking sites and post their widgets on your blogs. There are lot of fancy and attractive widgets on the net to make your blogger blog more catchy.
