    I have arround 500 impressions daily.But CTR of my site is very low.even there are days when ctr is almost arround 0.URL of my site is www.scoopthemock.co.in

    Wait, Its not only your placement that looks bad, Its also your site. I wouldn't hesitate to put all that into the recycle bin and start over using modern HTML and CSS techniques.
    Do that then start thinking about blending your adunits in.
