Review my site

I was starting blogging with blogger.com from more than one year. I shared my acquired knowledge and regularly post new post in my site. I also submitted my domain in google sitemap. But my sites traffic is so poor.
I request to all please review my site and give me some advice how can I increase my site's traffic.
