    To my mind it's too packed with many many things that are scattered around the site here and there. What if you remove some stuff or make it more compact? ;)

    Sorry, but it looks very junky. I will work first on structure of the site, remove some unnecessary parts, categorize it better.
    It looks like you've got some good content.

    After all of the work on backlinks and get higher Google PR.

    Id have to agree with the scattered content. its good with maps and grids, but, it hurt my brain.
