    Domain: A .com domain would have been better.

    Design: Simple sleek design,would advice you to increase posts on the first page to about 4-5 instead of 2

    Content: Fine content, but keep adding more unique content to get great SERPS.

    Advice: You might try to put a favicon to your site.

    I would advise move site map to footer, may be add rss, use more content, to keep visitors on site you need images as well
