Well, at first glance I'd say that you should more keyword-rich content in your articles. The link units haven't paid very well in my experience. Also, I'm seeing an ad for "Lasik Eye Surgery" in your sidebar. Your site almost looks like a MFA site IMO.

The design is pretty good, but I wouldn't have opted for a blog. Maybe a Joomla might have done the trick.

Site is fine however the content is little crammed up

 

Only the content is the problem... not much information...
