Aright there guys, This site isnt properly ready yet, still abit of work to be done on it. Its www.Sceneparty.com There is also 10 blogs on the site which i have just employed professional content writers to fill up with unique content. The main page still needs a little work on it design wise. The videos section still needs improving and so does the forum ect.. Also we will soon have loads of AJAX/Ruby on Rails features, were currently working on them at the moment. There will be an AJAX powerd IM/Chat function which should be great. If you own a myspace layout/resource website, might be a good idea to sign up to get targeted traffic. first nice site but a few designwise comments there is some free space from right and left sides of top menu, I think it should have the same width as the header image and the content body there are 2 Featured Members and only one Featured Musician, I think the number should be equal Cool New People - you could have more images there, smaller ones onmouseover they get bigger Sponsors - Lorem Ipsum, I really don't like that expression, that's personal thing also I'd prefer having a line plain line on top of copyright
Site loads fast, navigation is easy, and it looks professional. On the front page, the "Featured Member" box needs to be aligned better with the above boxes. When I clicked on the "Blog" link at the top, it asked for a login/pass. IMO one shouldn't require a login just to *view* a blog, if that's what the link was for.
I am impressed by the over all appearance of the website. It give a very good professional feeling. Keep up the good work.
Good navigation and nice looking layout and overall design. I like your color choices in the navigation The gray boxes around the links are nice and when you hover over the link boxes it is nice how it turns a lighter shade of gray. Almost makes it look like the link boxes are lighting up. Very nice color choices!
