    Nice domain name, but the site design and layout feels cheap.
    At a first view it just seems like a scam or some sort of spam database creator.

    You should polish this and give it a more professional and less fishy look.

    You may want to read PayPal terms. First your site's Domain name infringes on PayPal they will not like that. You cannot use PayPal to Pay other members to join. This is pyramid type site. Be careful.
