try to reduce the number of pictures in your logo... it makes you go dizzy
the left column is too empty... maybe fill with adsense
everything else is fine

 

the website is little slow since of more content.

You have open space to the left and to the right. Why not install some widgets and make some extra cash.

 

I think the page is too much blank, maybe you should try to add a better navigation design or some more stuff to fill the empty spots. Dont add ugly add tough.

Nice and Clean layout, but I think there is lack of colors in your site, If you add a gradients in header and other places where it can fit, It'll look better.

 

I like it easy to navigate and clean design good job!
