There a lot more you can do. Do you know how to implement CSS into your site? If so, you can make it a bit more interesting for you visitors. What kind of site is it? You don't have a common theme. What about the colors? Try to stick to a color palette that works for you. Look at other sites that cater to the same market as you to get some ideas rolling. Hope this helps!
Hey, here is my review of your site. 1. I see you put some efforts in your site. that is always a plus. effort is always rewarded in the end. keep that in mind. 2. you should add some unique and quality content. search engines like that. and in order to get some traffic going you need to be liked by the big search engines. 3. as you can see below you are not indexed by google use tip 2 and combine that with some backlink building and you will get indexed. Here are some of your site stats: Google PR: 0 Alexa Rank: 7,751,757 Dmoz: Not listed Google Backlinks: 0 Yahoo Inlinks: 12 Altavista Links: 11 AllTheWeb Links: 11 .gov backlinks: 0 .edu backlinks: 0
The site looks a bit old school. There are alot of moving part here, maybe you could get rid of the light effect on the title. The banners is fine. On the news page I would either speed up the very slow scroll (visitors may not stick around to wait) or just have the new static on the page. Good Luck With It
I would suggest: 1) Add a fav icon 2) Add a logo 3) Change the footer date to 2009 4) Implement php & css, because it looks like you have used basic html to create the pages. 5) Add content(articles and pics) 6) Maybe think about applying a template with a different colout scheme. Kind Regards
To make the site better you should get a more professional template and add more content to the page.
I would suggest getting an updated free template with CSS to work with, since the site currently looks very outdated. Certain people won't find it professional because of today's advanced web design. Also, consider putting pictures/photos which are in higher quality than what you currently have. The logo banner must be reworked to look as today's standards. The tech news items should have a link to an article that is relevant for the news updates. Good luck with your website!
I believe you replacing the color yellow and adding more writing/writing content would be a great addition to your website.
In Firefox the buttons overlap eachother (the last one goes down a little bit). I'd change the logo if I were you. You could use a single color logo background also. Also, were I you, I'd lower the font size to 12.
