Big Lost fan here! Very nice start. It's going to get tough starting this during off months. You will get trickling traffic for now, but I think you will see a big jump once the last season starts.

Since this is going to be the last season of Lost, you my consider adding other shows that are hot right now.

Keep up the good work.

 

VBulletion board. I was reading something that its good to build a few sites first on the same subject as your message board then to lanch your message board and have some links from them sites going to it.
or guess you can just advertise it.
just checked your site its 6 days old and right now has two inbound links going to it.

You should work on the header, when I clicked the image, it went to http://tinypic.com/.
The colors looked dull to me.

The header definitely needs some improvement and I guess you have to work on more contents too.

 

You must more active member to increase traffic to your page.

 

I personally would increase the contrast, maybe make your colors a little darker compared to the white background.

 

who are they in the header, it's looking like a friends album, you can have a better one

 

I think the 100% width is not so good for your forum, try to re-size to 75%. And also the banner image looks short in width, check it..
