It looks ok, I would use some smaller adsense or none at all for now till you build up some visitors. The theme could be a little more 'medical' and don't forget to get rid of most or all of the default links and add some relevant ones that your visitors might find interesting.

Nice, but quite simple, maybe a designed logo would help the page. I like the design for the date of articles posted.
Thx for ur coment but i can not place a designed logo to my page, if create one i have to change my theme, bcos in this theme im using there si no posibility to do this.

i think it is a bit too simple designed, like you took the first design you saw, there are some really nice themes for medicals blog, both free and money themes - search some of them - it will give the blog the medical look it needs i would also use a smaller ads..
