    almost sure you won't be approved with this site.
    try adding more quality content, right now it is just MFA

    for your 1st site to get Adsense approval,
    i always suggest writing somethings you are familiar with, an expert in the field, or something or huge interest to yourself.

    most expert says that a blog site or a site must have at least 10 pages, each page must be complete, the sufficiency of the contents is up to google to decide, i wish that your site can be approved as it seems all filled up.
