    It does look kind of simple, but you dont want to over complicate things. You probably need to look at the already successful sites especially fast growing ones like mediafire.com

    you might need to have a nav bar so people can search by file type etc also and have your code generate the HTML directly so people can copy & paste into sites like myspace / eBay.

    The site looks good but there are many sites like this on the net you have to
    make your site stand out in order to be successful. I think 2-4-k has some good
    ideas.
